A California-certified small business sought to expand its public-sector business. CPRA Strategies developed a proposal strategy and led procurement efforts across federal, state, and local opportunities. Over three years, the company secured more than $6 million in government contracts, with CPRA Strategies supporting the process from pre-bid through post-award compliance.

Wastewater Infrastructure
A small rural city on California’s Central Coast was undertaking a critical sewer infrastructure project, including replacement of a sewage lift station and installation of new gravity sewer and force main pipelines. CPRA Strategies helped secure a $1 million state budget allocation to support continued construction and delivery of essential wastewater infrastructure for the community.

A small nonprofit sought to expand its organizational capacity to serve trauma-impacted youth in Monterey County. CPRA Strategies led its grant writing efforts and secured four state and local grants totaling $237,500, equivalent to nearly three-quarters of the organization’s annual budget.
