The level of investment varies based on the project’s scope, which is unique to each client. After our introductory call, we will prepare a detailed proposal for your review. This often helps clients decide whether now is the right time to move forward. We work on your timeline, so there’s absolutely no pressure.

For government affairs or public relations projects, most clients pay a fee at the beginning of each month to retain our services. The minimum contract length is 3, 6, 9, or 12 months with a 15-day cancellation clause. Shorter duration projects are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For grant and RFP writing tasks, we bill hourly and require a 50% initial payment before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion, prior to the final file handover.
For grant and RFP writing assignments under $5,000, full payment is required upfront. For assignments over $5,000, a 50% deposit is required to begin work with the remaining due upon project completion.
